Chickpea protein cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas 

  • ½ cup peanut or cashew butter 

  • 2 tbs powdered stevia 

  • 2 scoops vanilla or cookies&cream protein 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • A splash of almond milk 

 

Method: 

  • Pulse all the ingredients in a blender 

  • Form the cookies 

  • Top them with stevia sweetened chocolate or just normal choc chips 

  • Bake on 180C for 20 minutes
