My go-to protein balls recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups crunchy peanut butter 

  • 1 ½ cups pitted dates 

  • 2 tbs green buckwheat

  • 3 scoops protein (I love salted toffee pretzel or peanut butter marshmallow flavours from Women`s Best) 

 

Method: 

  • Blitz everything in a high speed blender

  • If the mixture is too dry add a splash of water and blend again – it should be sticky enough to roll the balls 

  • I usually keep 3-4 in a fridge a day and store the rest in a freezer cause otherwise me and Leon eat it all in one sitting
