Protein ricotta sugarfree cheesecake


  • 500gr smooth ricotta

  • 200gr sour cream

  • 3 eggs

  • 30gr cookies&cream or salted caramel flavoured protein powder

  • 5 tbs powdered stevia

  • 3 tbs rice flour

  • vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt


  • Whisk eggs with stevia and vanilla extract

  • Add ricotta and sour cream and mix again

  • Add the rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly until the even consistency is reached

  • Bake on 180C for about 40-50 minutes

! Little tip on how to avoid the cheesecake from cracking - pour some water in a large standard baking tray and place inside the oven under the cheesecake !

Chill overnight and dig in :)

I topped mine with warm pitted cherries and stevia sweetened chocolate
