3 new moves of the week: desk stretches

We all know that sitting in front of our computers doesn’t really so any good for our neck, shoulders and back (and for the entire body really) but also on top of that we’re glued to our phones, we constantly look down, hunching and it’s ruining our neck and ummm not to mention double chin 😝

So these three moves can ease that neck, upper back and shoulder pain and you can do them right in your office chair - how good’s that!
